Trapezoidal roofing sheet, corrugated sheet, tile shape roof panel, etc. But there shall not be too much difference between material width, thickness and roll forming steps, etc. Please show us your profiles, we will let you know whether the double layer design is available or not for your profiles.
Whole Line Layout For Double Layer Machine Design
- Line Direction: from left to right
- Top Layer Working Process: coil unwinding ---> feeding and guiding ---> roll forming ---> punching steps---> cutting ---> final product
- Bottom Layer Working Process: coil unwinding ---> feeding and guiding ---> roll forming ---> cutting ---> final product
- Two layer can not work simultaneously. That is to say, when top layer is running, bottom layer doesn't work.
